   Norma Adams age 70, of Festus, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019 at her home. She was born July 15, 1949 in Perryville, Missouri, the daughter of the late Betty Jane (nee Redfern) and John Jerome Otto.
   She is survived by her husband Wayne E. Adams of Festus; son Shawn E. (Shana) Adams of Festus; daughter Amber Lynn (Mitchell Allen) Mouser of Festus; sisters Carol Taylor of Festus, Marilyn Iva (Randy) Moore of Imperial, Missouri, and Nina Sue (the late Charles) Maggard of Festus; grandchildren Riley Adams, Nolan Adams, Brady Sadler, and Lance Mouser.
   In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her infant brother John Paul Otto.
   She was an autoworker for Chrysler for 16 years, and a cook for the Jefferson R-7 School district for 16 years; and was a member of the American Legion #253 Auxiliary.
   Visitation from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, November 4, 2019 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Funeral service 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Terry Crank of Heart of the Apostles Fellowship in Herculaneum, Missouri. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials in her memory are preferred to the American Heart Association.
