age 61, of Festus, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at her home. She was born May 30, 1956 in Kennett, Missouri, the daughter of Virginia (nee Holingshed) Peitzsch of Cahokia, Illinois and John Maddox of Chaffee, Missouri.
Also surviving are her husband Dwight D. Dohack; daughters Corey (James) Dehn of Valmeyer, Illinois, and Jill (Shawn Stainbrook) Dohack of St. Clair, Missouri; sons Clark Thompson of Cahokia, Illinois, and Ty (Jen) Dohack of Festus; sisters Sharon Parker of St. Peters, Missouri, Dee (David) Clark of Metropolis, Illinois, and Pam Stroud of Risco, Missouri; brothers Clark (Violet) Maddox of East Carondelet, Illinois, Daniel (Mary) Stroud of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Robert (Mary) Stroud of Florida; step-mother Wanda Maddox of Chaffee; sister-in-law Diana (Curt) Stueve of Festus; brothers-in-law Howard (Mary) Dohack of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, and Greg (Vickie) Dohack of Barnhart, Missouri; grandchildren Lacy Puckett, Laney Dehn, Leah Dehn, Gavin Dehn, and Jaxon Dohack; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her step-father Rod Peitzsch.
She was a retired supervisor from St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis County, Missouri, and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pevely, Missouri.
Memorial gathering from 5:00 P.M. until the time of memorial service at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by Vicar Bryan Roberts of Zion Lutheran Church in Pevely. Interment at a later date in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Pevely. Memorials in her memory are preferred to the American Lung Association, or Zion Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
